Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon’s oldest, largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. In our over 50-year history, we have helped more than 60,000 individuals change their relationship with drugs and alcohol.
